Danielle Vargas joined Allen & Glassman, Chartered in January 2021. Prior to that Danielle practiced as an attorney at a personal injury firm focusing on nursing home, and medical malpractice. Danielle has a long-standing desire to help individuals during their time of need; as such, she decided to transition to family law to help on an innately personal level.
Danielle graduated in 2015 from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. In 2019, Danielle graduated from DePaul University College of Law and received a certificate in Public Interest in addition to her Juris Doctor.
During law school, she was Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Journal for Social Justice. As a law student, Danielle obtained her Illinois Supreme Court 711 License and worked in DePaul’s Civil Rights Clinic, conducting mock depositions while handling civil rights complaints. Danielle also volunteered with the Law Office of the Public Defender and the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic while mentoring law students with the DePaul Student Bar Association. She won the Diversity Scholarship, the Community Service Award, was on the Dean’s List, and received the CALI of Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in her Trial Advocacy class.
Danielle is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois.
