Springing Forward – March 2026
March 27, 2026
We have so much exciting news! Arin Fife has joined our firm as its newest partner and Brianna Tucci has joined as its newest associate. Arin has years of experience in family law and brings her wisdom and personal empathy to our existing case load as well as her own. We are proud and privileged to welcome her. Brianna has interned with us for two previous summers as well as on some breaks so in that sense she is not new to us or to the field of family law. We look forward to her official journey with us.
Madyson Lehman moves to a senior associate status with a continuing concern for families in transition and the unique issues of shorter-term relationships with children or without. She has worked alongside all of the partners in their varying cases and has earned the respect of all for her commitment to families in distress and her equal commitment to the work it takes to get cases to a meaningful closure.
Our Partners Continue to Thrive and the Firm Evolves
Gemma Allen, one of our founding partners, finds herself very interested in Divorce Coaching and Lawyer Assisted Mediation and plans to bring her years of litigation and mediation experience to anyone who reaches out to our firm for coaching whether they are considering or dealing with “Marrying, Moving in or Moving On” in their relationships. Not coincidentally that was the same goal of the book she coauthored on “The New Love Deal” with the Honorable Judge Michele Lowrance, now an inspiring Mediator, and Terry Savage, who now and always writes blogs and speaks the Savage financial truth. Gemma’s Gems, featured on our website as well as on TV and YouTube, are a sample of the advice and counsel she brings to our firm and plans to share as a coach with the public as they grapple with relationship decisions and issues.
Todd Glassman continues to litigate and mediate with skill and passion and brings that same commitment to representing children when appointed by the courts in the roles of either Guardian ad Litem or Children’s Representative. His work as an advocate for divorcing parties or parents is enriched by his experience representing minors and seeing first-hand the effects of divorce on children and how to mitigate them.
He is now also assuming the role of Managing Partner of the firm and setting its future direction. Two of his goals are studying and applying the prudent and legal uses of AI in our practice, as well as furthering and expanding the firm’s experience in high-net-worth cases including those of highly paid athletes whose needs for premarital planning and consulting and dissolution advice are obvious.
Together with Gemma Allen and Jonathan Schatz, Todd has lectured professional and major Division I sports teams on family law topics, and our firm has seen how universally relevant our presentations are to any high-net-worth individuals, rising stars in any field, or entrepreneurs who have similar needs to protect and preserve assets, reputations, and parenting rights.
Jonathan Schatz continues his interest and substantial experience in dealing with not only athletes but those in numerous other professions where work schedules or required travel demands make cases more complex. Doctors, nurses, actors, financial advisors, traders, first responders, and even lawyers are just a few of the other professions that share challenges in balancing family priorities with less than predictable work demands. He understands the necessary interrelationship of finances and effective parenting as a sort of Rubik’s Cube that he can help to effectively solve as either a negotiator, litigator or in a collaborative setting.
Jonathan as well as Todd and Arin make a concerted effort to bring their firsthand experiences as spouses and as parents to the very personal work and honored practice of family law. While our other lawyers either have a grown family or are too young to have families yet, Todd, Jonathan. and Arin see the unique challenges for parents and families in these times and work to help clients move forward into their next chapters with zealous advocacy coupled with respect for endings that are as equitable and amicable as possible.
In all our efforts we are blessed to be gifted with support staff, namely Joseph Luckett who is our Paralegal Manager and Astrid Aguilera who is a Paralegal too but also a coordinator extraordinaire. We continue to celebrate the fact that clients appreciate them as much as we do.
Coming Soon
As we are springing forward with energy and high expectations, we also invite you to review our June update where we will have news of our upcoming Think Tank on AI, Tech, and Families. We featured this topic once before during the pandemic when screens were becoming veritable lifesavers, and debated the pros and cons, but AI has exponentially increased its importance to front and center for everyone and every family.
Our Best,
AG&S
